Something leaking or tripping? Planning a reno? Doing a job yourself? Video call a licensed tradie from your phone and get a straight answer, before you spend a cent on a call-out.
Fire, or someone hurt? Call 000 first.
Is it dangerous, or can it wait till Monday?
Do I need a plumber, or an electrician?
Do I really have to pay a call-out just for someone to look?
Is the quote I got fair?
One call. Straight answers.
Fifteen minutes with a licensed tradie is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy, whether something's leaking now or you're about to spend thousands.
Leaking, tripping, dripping or not working. Show them on camera and know where you stand in minutes.
Skip the $150 call-out just to have a look.
New bathroom, a deck, more power points, a battery. Walk them round the space and talk it through.
One wrong call on a reno costs thousands. This costs $59.
Deck boards, tap washers, gutters, aircon filters. They watch, you do, and you get it right first time.
Cheaper than redoing it. Safer than YouTube.
Electrical, gas and solar work must be done by a licensed tradie in Australia. For those, your tradie helps you plan, choose and get ready, never DIY the work.
Pick the trade, describe it in a sentence, and snap 2 to 4 photos. The app tells you exactly what to photograph.
We turn your problem into the questions worth asking, so you get the most from your 15 minutes. You only pay when you're ready to call.
Within 15 minutes, or the call's free. Point your camera and they talk you through it. Need longer? Add 10 minutes.
Notes after every call. Need someone out? Up to 2 local licensed tradies call you to quote, so you can compare. Only if you want them.
App screens show an example call.
The tradie on your call won't be the one doing the job, so you get a straight answer. Local quotes are optional.
Now compare that with paying a call-out fee just for someone to turn up and look.
Pay, and a licensed tradie joins your call within 15 minutes. If nobody does, you're refunded automatically. No forms, no chasing.
$59 a call
$99 a year
Break even by your 3rd call. Great for older homes and landlords.
Prices include GST. If your tradie offers a written price guide for the job, it's $39.
Not sure which? Pick the closest. If the job needs a different trade, your tradie will tell you, and we can send it to local tradies of that trade.
Every tradie who takes calls has held their licence for at least 3 years, and gets through four checks before their first call.
Advice only: a tradie will never talk you through work that legally needs someone on site. Calls are recorded, and you agree to that before you pay. You rate every call.
Fire, or someone hurt: call 000. Smell gas: don't use switches or flames, open the doors, and turn the gas off at the meter if it's safe to. Then you need a gas fitter: call us and a gas-licensed plumber can talk you through it on video, or call your gas distributor's 24-hour faults line. Sparking or a burning smell: turn the power off at the main switch if it's safe to, keep clear, then call us for an electrician. For everything else, call us. Your tradie will tell you how urgent it is.
Often, yes, especially with good photos. If they can't, you still get written notes saying what they saw and who needs to come out.
No. It's optional. You get your notes either way. If you want quotes, up to 2 local licensed tradies call you so you can compare.
A written estimate for the job, line by line, from the tradie on your call. For a reno it's a project budget. For a DIY job it's your parts list, plus what a tradie would charge. It's $39 and only offered when it's useful. It helps you spot a fair quote.
Yes. Pick "Planning a reno" or "Doing it myself" in the app. A licensed tradie talks through your options, what needs a licence, and what it should cost. For DIY, they'll walk you through it on camera, and tell you if it's a job you're not allowed to do.
No. Electrical, gas and solar work must be done by a licensed tradie in Australia. We can help you choose fittings, plan where things go and get ready, so the electrician's visit is quicker and cheaper.
6am to 11pm, 7 days, your local time. Outside those hours you can still get your questions ready, and we'll text you when we open.

They've already spoken to a licensed tradie, and many have seen a price guide, so a fair quote isn't a shock.
